Summer camp is quickly approaching. When? Week 1 (June 24-30, 2018).

Preparing for Camp:
- Schedule and take your physical. This must be done for all Scouts and Scouters, and within the last year after June 1, 2017.
- Completely fill out the BSA Medical Form(Parts A, B and C). Note that a Part C is to be filled out by physician.
- Submit 2 copies of the BSA Medical Form (Parts A, B and C)
- Submit 2 copies of your proof of Health Insurance (copy of Card, Tricare letter, etc) with the form.
- Pay the troop any remaining fees (registration balance and/or fees for particular classes).
- Fill out the troop permission form, located in the Pipsico 2018 Guide Book (above).
- Check out prerequisites for the Merit Badges to ensure you will meet requirements by camp.
- PIPSICO Summer Camp 2018 Merit Badge Prerequisites.pdf. Some of the merit badges have special considerations like additional fees, age requirements or activities that must be done before camp.
- All Scouts have been emailed their Merit Badge schedule. Please check it out. If you need another copy, please email us.

- Start gathering up your gear using the 2018 BSA Summer Pack List.pdf.

- If you don't already have one, get a Rubbermaid Action Packer Storage Container (24 gallon) for storing items that go to camp. We prefer all campers use this particular item to make packing the trailer easier. These can be found at REI, Walmart, online (i.e. Amazon), etc. Just search for the name above or try these links:
